installed ODH monitoring devices is out-of-service perform the following measures:
Step 1:
Post
a warning at the entrance to the area.
Include appropriate:

“Temporary
Posting” verbiage, and
·
“Entry
Requirements.”
Step 2:
Submit
a Facilities Management
Work Request for repair of the unit.
Step 3:
Upon
completion of repair, remove the posting.
