The pdf's are free for all to download. The digital object identifier (doi) links aren't yet working, but they will soon.
For those who didn't hear, there was a couple month delay while JLab & IOP came to agreement on the publication contract and the May 26th date you see on the web page is the day that the contract was finalized …
I do not yet have a date for the paper copies, but they are in the works and I will e-mail you as soon as I have a date for their arrival.
