SiPMs from Hamamatsu

Hi George and Carl,

I pass on this reference from Hamamatsu which is now producing 1 mm2
SiPMs. You are probably aware of the development. They claim that they
will have 3x3 mm2 SiPMs by the fall....

Stepan has a couple now which we is going to test. In any case there is a
