more test on planacom pmts

Dear all,

I promised during the collab-meeting to send around the talk on the
planacon pmts. this pmts came from BINP in Novosibirsk and are maybe an
option for the readout of the dirk at panda.

The talk is my directory at jlab
/home/elke/public/Lehmann_DPG_Giessen.pdf

now there comes the caveat, the talk is in german as it was given at the
german equivalent of the aps, but I'm happy to translate for everybody.
