Hi all,

I added more to my sampling fraction note, GlueX-doc-827-v2 .

 The low energy studies are in part two with many plots near the end. 
Hopefully the plots are self explanatory for now. I wanted to get this 
out before the meeting so people can look and have questions ready for 
Tuesday.  I'll build it up into a better note soon.
