Note on BCAL Simulation and Reconstruction

Dear all,

I've uploaded GlueX-doc 849 to the portal.  This note briefly  
outlines the revised BCAL simulation and reconstruction algorithm  
that came out of our May discussion.  Of course this will be an item  
of discussion on Thursday, but I hope that we come to the conclusion  
we have a (more) realistic and operational BCAL+FCAL reconstruction  
package.  Mihajlo will present some tag-team reconstruction plots  
from both detectors.
