space between FDC and BCal

Dear all,

just to keep the information flowing the outer diameter for the FDC is
1178 mm than there is an additional minimum 25mm for cables, cooling and
....,

The inner diameter of the BCal is 1300mm so that leaves 97mm room for
anything else we would like to put.
