In the export documentation, please have Matt include a letter stating that this unit is sent to us on loan, for testing and evaluation, and that it will be returned to IU in less than a year. By that time, I hope we will have found a way to acquire some such units, or modify the Alberta board.

If anyone can put an ECL-NIM unit (like the one mentioned on that page) in our Christmas stocking (as a loaner), it would be great cause then we can evaluate the performance of these CFDs versus the ORTEC we are currently using in the Regina SiPM cosmics runs.
