Calorimeter meeting tomorrow

Hi Zisis,

I have added a link to the Action Item Tracker to your resources for the
meeting. It will be useful to review all items on the near term schedule,
either checking them off and/or making sure there is a name beside each.

Also I added an item under Bcal to review the goals and procedures for
discriminator testing. I am not sure I understand the goals for the
proposed testing and want to make sure that tests have sufficient
sensitivity to address the concerns.
