some more pre-brief material

Dear all,

by listing to fernados's talks elton and I realized we ned some addtional
pre-brief material in addtion to the nice calorimeter document.

1. on schedule and cost.
   I will put the big resource loaded schedule to the pre-brif material
   together with the bcal and fcal documents I got from Matt and george
   showing what cost what why.

2. electronics.
   we will put the manual for the f1-tdc and the ieee document on the
   250MHz FADC together with some additional information on the 250MHz
   FADC design.

3. I will also put the design solution document of the detector which was
   written for CD-2 which gives a small but very comprehensive summary for
   the whole detector, trigger and so on

4. We will put technical drawings for the bcal and the fcal to show
   assembly and other details.
