Title: Calorimeter CDR - final update of the day

Dear Colleagues

Now having worked 12 straight hours on this,

I have now posted all 5 sections of the Calorimeter CDR

1. Physics and Calorimeter Performance Metrics

2. BCAL: Barrel Calorimeter

3. SiPM for BCAL

4. FCAL: Forward Calorimeter

5. Simulations

I still need to add a page or two on dark rates to Section 3.

Section 3 was written by committee and modified by

committee and it shows.

Once again:

If people could help proofing - that would be nice.  I would suggest

that if you do intend to proof-read - PLEASE send an e-mail to this

list to avoid duplication of effort.  Find the files here:
