snapshot of progress on BCAL timing resolution

Dear Blake et al

Here's a snapshot of progress on timing resolution.  I am
now using Run 2334 - and concentrating on the North-South
time difference for segment 8 and using the N PMT of segment 7
to do the time-walk correction.  I next will look at the
energy weighted time difference for the cluster using
segments 7-8-9.

One of the reasons for doing this is so I can intelligently
talk to the KLOE person on the Calorimeter Review committee
to find out details of how they did the time resolutions estimates.
It is hard to get a consistent picture from the publications and
theses.
