Fiber specification GlueX-doc-920 updated

Dear collaborators,

I have updated GlueX-doc-920 with the fiber specifications which have been
discussed at our calorimeter group meetings. The specification for the
absolute light yield is side-stepped by seleting a set of "standard
reference fibers" during the first-article testing.
