Subject: geometry file for bcal

Hi All,
I added a file called BarrelEMcal_HDDS.xml_3x3 to the
geometry directory HallD/src/programs/Simulation/hdds.
it has a segmentation of 3x3 for the inner readout to allow studies
with the alternative readout system.
