Fiber contract awarded to Kuraray!

Dear collaborators,

The contract for the fibers of the Hall D barrel calorimeter, the first
major procurement for the 12 GeV Upgrade project, has been awarded to
Kuraray. We can now nail the bcal module fabrication schedule to delivery
dates for the fibers. The construction phase has started.

Congratulations to everybody that has worked so hard to achieve this
milestone.
