Threshold dependence on PDE and DR

Dear collaborators,

In preparation for discussions on Bcal readout options, I have created
some reference plots which I have place on the wiki at
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Energy_threshold_for_various_assumed_PDE_and_DR_combinations

I have also linked the plots from the tentative agenda for Feb 12 which is
the next calorimeter working group meeting.
