Dear collaborators,

We will have our next calorimeter working group meeting tomorrow at 11:00.
A draft agenda is posted. I have reorganized the sections on the readout,
which hopefully will make help us make progress.

Blake: Could you present a plan for simulation tasks? You could give an
update on the simulation meeting this week and we can validate your list
of priority tasks.
