Ntuple with energies deposited in cells by 200-MeV photons at 90 deg

To whom it may concern:

The "test" ntuple can be found at:
/u/group/halld/Users/semenov/fluka/fluka_de_phot_90deg_200mev.hbook

and an include file with the ntuple structure:
/u/group/halld/Users/semenov/fluka/cwn.inc

The energy deposition is in MeV units. Readout cells numbers are 1-4 for
the inner raw, 5-8 for the 2nd raw etc.; the raws of outer BCal section
are segmented on 4 cells also (it's more convenient), so signals should be
combined to have the realistic division of outer BCal part.

As soon as I'll have OK from the ntuple users, we'll generate the ntuples
for other energies.
