Hi Mitch, John and Gerard,

    Mitch's testing plan looks good and covers all important parameters.

    I also suggest that the testing of the ASIC should have a minimum of 
external artifacts and therefore the test board should be as simple as 
possible. I concur with Gerard that it should have provisions for 
loading the outputs and changing the input capacitance. However, I would 
just use a set of scope probes to measure the terminated outputs and 
record the characteristics of both and then apply a scope difference 
math function, if needed.
