Preamp cards shipped

Hello everyone,

    I have delivered and shipped the preamp cards, interposer PCBs, 
power cables and signal cables, where appropriate. You should receive a 
FedEx package tomorrow. Here is the tracking information:

Gerard (IU)- 799761854648 - 1 anode, 1 interposer, power cable, ERNI 
connector
Mitch (UPenn)- 790395323038 - 1 10 ft. signal cable w/ ERNI connector only
Yves (CMU)- 791809552574 - 1 anode, 1 interposer, power cable, 1 10 ft. 
signal cable w/ ERNI connector only
Simon (Jlab)- 1 anode, 3 cathode, 4 interposers, 4 power cables, 2 18 
meter signal cables w/ ERNI and 3M connectors.

    I have also placed a GlueX Preamp Card User's Manual on the portal. 
Additional documentation (Schematics, pinout, etc) can also be found on 
the portal. The preamp card default configuration has no output 
resistors installed and all configuration resistors are set for low 
logic levels at the ASIC switches.

    Tomorrow, I will also circulate a list of tasks that need to be 
checked by early March in preparation for the second version of the ASIC 
(GAS-2) and for the CD-3 100% design.
