thanks for preparing the first draft schedule.
I think we need to add a detailed discussion on the asic and the first
test results. I think we should also discuss in detail the read out board
for the SiPMTs, there is the one from paul and than from sensl, I think we
should look to them and see what we want to improve.
In addition we should go in a discussion round through al lthe modules and
see we are on track for cd3.
I'm not quite sure what you have in mind in the trigger session but we
have nothing really new there.
