CDC HVB v3

Hi All,

A new version of the HVB for the CDC can be downloaded from the CDC-wiki 
page:

http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/CDC_20_02_2008

The previous version was too wide, so now there are surface mount devices 
on both sides of the board. The board is now 15 cm long (so 15 cm will 
stick out of the end plenum) and 11.3 cm wide.
