First level trigger outline

Dear L1-trigger friends,

Following up the discussion during the last
meeting, I have copied the trigger outline to
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/software/wiki/index.php/Trigger_Outline_for_May_2008,
the place where we are going to collect review materials.
(there are a couple corrections according to Chris's comments)

This page contains also  links to Dave's writeup and L1 network drawings
posted by Chris.
