Alex,

Wanted to let you know that Fernando has prepared an order for 20 F1 TDC
chips [80 Channels].  Sixteen chips [64 channels] is a reasonable number
with four chips as spare.  

>From the delivery date listed on the purchase requisition it appears
that the chips are available within a month from ACAM in Germany.  The
cost for twenty (20) chips is approximately $2600.  

Discussion regarding design and development will presumably become part
of the regular Hall D meeting and be driven by Fernando's other design
priorities.
