Copying files to/from JLab

Hi Eric,

Options for copying files to/from jlab:

1.  ssh to jlabs1 is best:  Log in or use ssh to browse dirs, then use scp to
actually copy the files.

2.  anonymous ftp:  works, but it is completely public.  We may put things there
(ftp.jlab.org, in /pub/halld) for those who can't run ssh, but prefer not to use
such a public mechanism.

3.  ftp and telnet:  will be turned off soon, major security hole, use of these
strongly discouraged.

So, we'll continue to put most things in /group/halld/ (autocad stuff in
"drawings" directory), accessible via ssh and scp to jlabs1.
