Meeting With Alex

Dear Collaborators,

I am told that all rooms are reserved for today. (I cannot really believe
that). I propose we meet at 3 p.m. in A211. If the room is indeed taken,
we can go downstairs to the lobby.

Dry runs for the town meeting continue all day today. Alex will give a
practice this morning. I assume he will be free this afternoon.
