Hall D building design and grounding

To Hall D folks interested in grounding,

We haven't talked much about grounding design for the Hall D detector building. 
A friend of mine specially designed the Fermilab D0 building to accomodate
grounding requirements, and we might want to do the same.

I have little expertise in grounding design...do we have any experts available?
