Ed reported on progress on the TDC prototype board

Issues
1. The two-edge transfers requires enhanced tranceiver logic.
   VME is TTL based, backplane is partially terminated.
   Drivers must wait for reflection and send pulses with controlled
   rise times.

2. Need to buy a 64x backplane to test two-edge transfers.
   The 64 x backplane has addtional ground pins and 3.3 v
   which is required for static RAM

Wiener/CAEN expected to visit Mon Apr 23. Ed will prepare a "Functionality
Requirements" document with can be used for discussions. Chris will review
the document and Fernando should include any issues related to the TDC
chip itself.

I will be away next week, so we will not have a meeting on Apr 18.
