New area for Hall D detector drawings

Hi,

I created /group/halld/detector/drawings to hold detector drawings.  It is
accessible via the JLab Hall D web page, under "Mechanical drawings" (I can
change the name, if you wish).

/group/halld/civil/drawings remains the same, accessible from the web under
"Civil drawings."

What is Ravi's account name?  I don't know if he's in the hall d group or not. 
If not, I'll add him.
