Hi,

Let's try out a new room for the H-D meeting since we're getting squished in the current 
room .  For this coming Wed 29-Sep there were conflicts so I reserved ARC 428.  Forever 
after we can use ARC 728, which has computer screens, conference phones, etc.  ARC 728 is 
about the size of A110.  I think ARC 428 is similar, but I've never been in it.

The Hall D meeting for next Wed., Sept. 29, is in ARC 428 (could not
bump out the folks in 728 for that day). All the rest of the days you've
asked for are scheduled in 728 (for the upcoming year). Linda Williams
put those in the calendar. Mary
