Friends,

We are trying to put together the agenda for the Hall D collaboration
meeting on May 12-14 and we need to suggest contributions from the JLab
effort. The proposed agenda sent out by Alex is given below. I suggest the
following presentations.

Thu afternoon

Dear Collaborators

Curtis will be sending an announcement for a conf call on Mon
11:30 am to 1:00 pm EDT to discuss the collaboration meeting.

Curtis, Elton, George and I had a conf call this morning to discuss the
agenda for the upcoming collaboration meeting May 12-14.  The major
purpose of this meeting is to discuss the outcome of the Director's
Review on May 9-11 (a.k.a. dry-run for the Lehman review) - which will
guide us as we prepare for the Lehman review (July 12-14).

Please see the skeleton for the agenda below.  We will start the meeting
at 8:30 am on Thurs and end around noon on Sat.

THIS IS A CRITICAL MEETING - PLEASE ATTEND - IF YOU PLAN TO
MAKE A PRESENTATION PLEASE SEND ME THE TITLE OF YOUR
TALK.
