Re: JLab plan for DAQ and electronics

This is a good start and contains lots of useful information.  However, 
except for additional personnel, it doesn't specifically address the 
budget requests.  One thing that was discussed during last Monday's 
electronics conference call was that some of the JLab electronics R&D 
is being funded out of the "general" (6 GeV?) budget, and indeed this 
was how funding for the JLab FADC design effort was originally 
presented to the collaboration.  It would be nice to see a breakdown of 
what is being funded by non-GlueX money and at least a little detail on 
what the money being requested from GlueX R&D funds will be spent on.
