We have reserved L104 to participate via video in the electronics meeting
on Thu and Fri. Yesterday we successfully tested the ESnet connection with

Based on several conversations & emails, here is version 4 of the
agenda.

If you plan to participate via esnet videoconferencing, please get in
touch with me; it's advisable to test it first.

There will be a speakerphone.  Call (812) 856-3600 and enter the

If you are listed below, but are not planning to attend or
participate remotely, please let me know ASAP.

Lunch will be catered.  Attached are menus for food and drinks.
Please send me your selections by Tuesday, April 4 and pay when you
arrive.

Scott and Kathy Teige are hosting an informal dinner and drinks
Thursday evening
from 6 - 8 pm.

Please continue to suggest improvements.  Note that I've allocated 20
minutes for presentations - please try to keep it short and emphasize
electronics issues.

Please try to post slides for your talk on the GlueX portal by
Monday, April 3.
