thanks for helping with the collaboration meeting

Dear collaborators,

I would like to thank everyone that participated in the Hall D
collaboration meeting for their contributions. At this time the efforts by
may support groups to the project is making a large difference. I also
want to especially thank David Lawrence for coordinating the video and
audio conferencing which allowed many collaborators to participate
remotely.
