Subject: [GlueX] Resource-loaded schedule responsibilities


Dear collaborators,

The resource-loaded schedule which is being prepared for the Mini-review
in December is matched to the cost book.  Revisions are planned early next
year in preparation for the CD-2 review. In order to prepare for revisions
of the schedule with the latest costs and resource requirements, we have
made a list of persons that should review the existing resource estimates
in the cost book and a scrutineer to look over the costs. If anyone would
like to volunteer for the open slots let me know. The initial review is
due on Dec 15.  We will schedule scrutineers when the initial review is
complete.

Review the list of activities, cost, manpower needes, duration, and how
the activities are linked together. The excel sheets with the current
information is on the portal, and hard copies from the official P3e
schedule were distributed at the meeting.
