wednesday morning meeting

Dear all,

To avoid to have to drop talks I wanted to ask all of you if you have a
bit of a longer presentation (> 10 minutes) to drop me a small mail till
tuesday lunch time, so I can send out an agenda and maybe reschedule some
presentations if we would have 3 one hour long talks at the same morning.
That might be also usefull for collaborators not being at jlab to know
what we plan to discuss in more detail, so they  can decide they want to
join in via vrvs or ... for a meeting.
