preparations for wednesday morning

Dear all,

please find below a description of what we have to prepare for the
breakout session for Hall-D on Wednesday room L102/104 at 8.00

1. models for the cdc, the fdc cathode plane and the new rings as well as
   for the small scale prototype      Simon
2. our tagger model                   Elton
3. the movie from the detector and maybe from the hall-d civil       David
4. SiPMTs and a planacon one.         Carl
5. prototypes for the electronics (FADC, TDC, Energy-Sum, ....)    Fernando
6. drawing package and the docs                                  elke

Please remind me if I have forgotten something.

As the meeting starts at 8.00 in the morning, I strongly suggest we set up
everything on Tuesday after 17.00
