EIR review

Dear all,

I thought you might be interested in the outcome of the EIR review ;)

The review went pretty well, the team from LMI, an independent audit firm
hired by DOE OECM office to do this reviews,
found no issues with scheduling, cost, P3e and all the related things.
So from this side there will be no action items which have to be resolved
before we can get CD-2.
There are some findings which have to be resolved by DOE.
Which of the findings, like more documentation for the WBS dictionary,
or on low risk items has to be resolved before CD-2 can be granted,
will only be know if we receive the written report 28th of September.

I personally would like to thank everybody who helped to prepare the base
input for all the documentation, schedule and ......
without that it would have been impossible to pass this review.

That we don't get bored, the next review is 1st - 7th of December on the
EVMS system. This review is already a requirement for CD-3.
