Please pass this information along to anyone that passes out information to User's who need TLD badges.

We have changed our requirement for receiving a TLD badge recently and I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.  We are not issuing TLD badges until they have completed:  RWI test and practical factors (SAF801), SAF998D (new radiation documentation) and the General Access RWP.  All of these items can be found on our radiation home page, under training information.  This does not mean you have to change anything in their ITP for YOUR purposes.  These items are just for receiving a TLD badge.  If you have a checklist of things they need to take for TLD badging purposes, please add the last two.  If you don't have a list, I can make one up for you to hand out to them along with the TLD badge application (I may just change the cover sheet).  Thanks for your help.
