new time for wednesday morning meeting

Dear all,

as discussed today we will shift the Wednesday Hall D meeting to 10.00 am
to allow all people to participate.
We will start 7th of November. As discussed today the idea is to have a
fixed agenda with small reports from each detector system.

Please send complains about the time to Curtis and me if not one member of
your group can make the 10am on Wednesdays.
