Friends,

As most of you know CEBAF Center, the EEL building and the Test Lab will
all be without power beginning on noon on Friday 21. (Other buildings on
site will be open during normal business hours). The lab will reopen on
Wed Jan 2. Any access to these buildings will require security and you
must be on the approved list for all access to the lab. At the moment we
do not have any Hall D personnel on that list, and you need to notify me
ASAP if there is reason to add you.
