Personnel hazard analysis for Hall D

Hi Elton,

Per our conversation last week, I have posted the Task Hazard Analysis 
file on the Wiki. It only includes the FDC at this time. I will add the 
others over the next couple of weeks. This spreadsheet covers both 
design considerations and fabrication considerations and is put into a 
format that goes hand in hand with our ES&H analysis. Note, this only 
addresses personnel safety, not equipment.If you have any questions or 
comments, please let me know.
