space requirements


Dear all,

okay, we had today our 6GeV meeting and I actually asked for an answer how
space is officially allocated and I got very strange/funny answers, which
I will not repeat here.

My request to you is now, please I want to have a clear space allocation
need per system (CDC, FDC, magnet, target, electronics test stand.....)
for FY09 and FY10 for the later years things can be a bit more a bit less
concrete as I'm sure things will change and we have to adapt.

Please specify M^2 needed as well the time what facilities, crane, clean,
he, pressured air, ......

Please provide this information till Friday close of business. please
reply to this email including all people so everybody is informed.
