Hi Elke,

Since the guys all gave and update on Wednesday and we have been working 
closely with Jim on the beamline stuff, I think we can skip this meeting 
(unless you have some specifics you wish to talk about).
I have not discussed readiness plans with Dan. I will today or tomorrow.
