HDGeant tutorial


Hi Folks,

	I'd agreed at the last GlueX software meeting to find or re-write
a short tutorial on checking out and building the HDGeant and and DANA
packages. I found the file (which was written back in November). I could
have sworn I'd posted this to the forums, but I couldn't find it there
anywhere. Anyway, here it is.
