Tracking note IV on docDB


Hi Folks,

    Well , it is way overdue, but I just posted a note on the latest 
tracking resolutions to the docDB. It is GlueX-doc-1004. This is 
intended as part of the pre-brief material for the tracking review next 
week. Please have a look and send me any comments ASAP if there is any 
chance to incorporate them before the deadline.
