pre-built binaries of Hall-D-related software for Fedora 9

Folks,

I've tar'ed up some of the builds of some of our auxillary software 
packages and put them on the group disk, in the directory 
/group/halld/dist/offline/fedora9 . As the directory name implies, these 
were built on a Fedora 9 system. The files are:

cernlib_built_2006_f9.tar.gz
clhep_built_1.9.3.1_f9.tar.gz
root_built_5.19.04_f9.tar.gz
xerces-c_built_2_8_0_f9.tar.gz

In the future we can do this for other platforms as well if there is a 
demand.
