Dear all,

I know that lately things are a " bit " busy, but we have our drift
chamber & PID review coming up.

I was wondering we should not use the opportunity that a lot of us are at
one place and meet today either after the last discussion session or
tomorrow after the Closeout.

There have been quite some pre-brief material been posted on the portal

990-v4 	The GlueX Central Drift Chamber
754-v5 	Forward Drift Chamber Technical Design Report
994-v1 	TOF detector description for CDR

and Alex posted a nice summary on kinematics
838-v3 	A Summary of Kinematics Relevant to the GlueX Experiment

I think it would be a good idea if the FDC group would scrutinize the CDC
documents and visa versa.

On the electronics there is also already a lot

966-v2 	Low Voltage Distribution for the Hall D CDC and FDC Detectors
855-v2 	Specification Document for FDC/CDC ADC

we have of course also documents on the F1TDC.
I think what is missing is a summary on the ASIC, but I'm sure Mitch and
Fernando are working on it.

For the tracking Dave started to write something.
Dave how far are we to have a consistent set of plots on tracking using
only the new geometry.
I really think we should show only plots from one geometry, everything
else is slightly confusing.

Additional info: 992-v2 	Start Counter Update

The one worry I have is what we have on the overall PID performance of the
detector. I think we really have to concentrate on this the next 2 weeks.

Just as a courtesy reminder, the absolute latest the pre-brief material has
to go out is Friday the 21st noon.
