New halld-tagger mailing list

Dear collaborators,

We have created a new halld-tagger mailing list to be used issues related
to the photon beam as well as the tagger itself. Please use it for
communication of relevant issues. Below is the initial list of subscribers
to the list. If you would like to be included, you can subscribe in the
usual way. You can also view all postings to the list (whether you
subscribe or not):
