design decissions for CD-3

Dear all,

as we made very nice progress with the design decisions / SoW for the
tagger. I think we should have an other meeting discussing the beam-line,
the collimator, the pair spectrometer and the hodoscopes and microscope.

I think it would be very helpful to go through the individual items and
see where we are and where we have to go. Do you have a regular tagger
meeting next week on Thursday? if yes maybe we can use this time slot. If
not we should find a different one.

Suggestions are welcome.
